    Sales Manager (Remote)

     

    Duties:


    - Providing answers to clients' questions;
    - Creation of estimates/offers for existing clients;
    - Customer support regarding the status of offers;
    - Creation of orders, invoices and control of timely payment from clients;

    - Creation of reports from our CRM;
    - Active communication with potential clients regarding new projects;

    - Conducting demonstrations for clients (via Google Meet);

    - Software Navigation: Quickly learn about our SaaS software and help users with product usage questions;
    - Informing customers about the features of various packages of our support and choosing the most suitable package for their needs;
    - Collection of feedback from customers to improve our services;

    Requirements for candidates:


    - Spoken English (B1/B2);

    - At least 3 years of experience working with clients; preferably in a B2B / SaaS environment;

    - Ability to use G-Suite, Google Docs, Zoom, Slack;

    - High skills in customer service;

    - Customer orientation;
    - Willingness to learn and develop together with the ARCE team;
    - Skills of working with clients via phone, Zoom or Google Meet;

    - Ability to conduct online demonstrations using a web camera.

    What will you do :

    Provision of information to clients regarding visa opening;
    Helping clients in solving problematic issues;
    Consultation of clients who apply to the Embassy on visa issues, rights and responsibilities of citizens, such as requirements for entering other countries;
    Reception, registration and processing of incoming appeals from citizens, ensuring their high-quality and professional response;
    Management and maintenance of consular documentation, maintaining a customer database.
